Farmhouse. Early C19. Hammer-dressed ashlar with smooth ashlar
dressings, plinth and eaves cornice and rusticated ashlar quoins; clay
tile roof with coped verges on kneelers; integral ashlar end stacks.
2 storeys; 3 windows; 16 pane glazing bar sashes in raised flat surrounds;
central round headed doorway with reeded surround, containing 6-panelled
door and fanlight.
