Cottage and wall. Mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins
and dressings; clay tile roof; coursed and squared rubble integral end
stacks. 2 cell plan and gable end entry. 2 storeys; 2 windows; glazing
bar sashes; that to ground floor right top opening glazing bar window.
Low lean-to extension to right with shaped tile bands to roof. Coped wall
to left approximately 3 yards in length with door leading to small courtyard.
Considerable group value with Lode Close (q.v.).
