Two shops with offices above. Formerly known as Primrose House;
early C19. 5 windows, 3 storeys. Rendered walls with string
course at 2nd floor. Hipped slated roof with chimneys of gault
brick. Small-pane sash windows to 1st and 2nd floor. Entrance
doorway with details in the Adam style: 6-panel door having
fielded central panels, glazed upper panels with intricate
tracery, oblong fanlight with similar tracery. Panelled reveals,
architrave and Adam-style Doric columns supporting enriched
frieze. Limestone steps. Mid C20 shop fronts to left and right.
6-panel doors and other original internal joinery and plaster
friezes, etc. at 1st floor.
