Probably C17/C18. 2 storeys and attics, roofs tiled. Partly plastered
timber framing, partly brick. The East part of house is of one storey and
attic dormer, with the ground floor lower than street level. Mainly flush
frame mullion transom casements, ground floor with flush panelled shutters.
One entrance with 4-panel door in wood case, and one recessed entrance to
lower level left. Part of the front wall of this part is of flint and rubble
and probably incorporates part of the old Priory precinct wall.
