A C17 timber-framed and plastered house with exposed timber framing on
the south end. Refronted in the C18 or early C19. Originally with a
jettied upper storey, the ground storey is built out in brick, painted.
2 storeys. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A 6-panel
door with the upper panels glazed has a moulded architrave. At the north
and there is a small C19 shop front with pilasters cornice and wide spaced
glazing bars in the window. Roof tiled (old tiles).
