A pair of dwellings. 'WHU 1841' on a cast iron plaque on stack. Clay lump or
timber frame on brick base. Plastered. Black glazed pantiled roof. Cottage
orne. 2 cell lobby entry plan. 2 storeys. Plinth. Central entrance with a
vertically panelled architraved door with a hoodboard. 3-light casements,
central lights opening, each light with a depressed arched head, ground floor
hoodboards. First floor hoodmoulds. Central axial ridge stack with date
plaque on base, 2 diagonally set shafts. Both gable ends have weatherboarded
lean-to outshuts behind which is a taller rendered lean-to, to right an
entrance. To left red pantiled lean-to leads to another building built
together with this as a pair, but not listed. To rear an addition with red
pantiled roof. Interior not inspected.
