1/22 Pond Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 structure to ground floor, remainder rebuilt 1843 as dated by
iron ties on the right gable. The left gable has the letters 'I', 'F' and
'L', with'0' above. Red brick, slated roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows, C20
casements to ground floor under segmental arches, C19 casements to first
floor; all are of 3 lights. Inset 6-panel entrance door (the upper 4 panels
glazed) and rectangular fanlight; panelled reveals. Doorcase with pilasters,
frieze and cornice. Gable stacks.
