Standing immediately west of the school. A C17 timber-framed and plastered
house, refronted in the C18. 1 storey and attics. 3 window range, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars. There are 2 3-light canted bays. A 4-panel door
with upper panels glazed has a reeded architrave. Roof thatched, with 2 gabled
dormers. A timber-framed and weatherboarded wing extends at the rear.

Wedcot and house adjoining and Sunnyside with Mizbah, Rawhide and the
Railway Arms Public House form a group.
