Originally 2 C17 timber-framed and plastered houses, now a range of cottages. Renovated in the C20. The range has a stepped roofline, part is 2 storeys and part 1 storey and attics. Casement windows (c20). C20 doors with glazed upper panel. Roof thatched, hipped at the north end, with 3 dormer windows.

All the listed buildings in Top Green form a group.
