Pair of estate cottages. Mid C16 core, restored and enlarged
mid-late C19 in C16 style. A central range with projecting cross
wings to either side, the left hand cross wing with a small lean-
to extension to the left hand side. Timber framed core; the
facade and return fronts have closely-spaced applied half-
timbering; roof plaintiled with crest tiles, pantiles to rear of
main range. Single storey and attic to main range, 2 storeys
and attic to the cross wings; the gable ends of the cross wings
have jettied floors with moulded bressummers. Windows mainly
mullion and transom casements with diamond leaded panes. To the
inner sides of the cross wings are matching doorways each with 6-
panel door (the upper 2 panels glazed) and small gabled hood.
