GV II
House. C17-C18. C20 flat-roofed extension to north. Timber framed encased
in colourwashed brick. Concrete tiled roof with red brick stack to ridge.
Lobby entrance and outshuts. 2 storeys. Scattered fenestration: C20
casements with glazing bars; segmental brick arches. Entrance doorway with
C20 boarded door. Gable elevation to road has one window and projecting red
brick to 1st floor level continuous with garden wall. Plat band. Interior
frame with stopped chamfered beams.
