House, Early C16 with late C16 extension to right and C20 (1983) extension
set back to left. Timber framed on brick plinth exposed with brick infill to
centre; brick cladding C19, to right. Brick below with tile hanging above
on extension to left; plain tiled roofs. T shape plan to old house with
gabled bay to left. Two storeys, lower on right with rebuilt ridge stack to
right of centre, offset end stack to right end. Irregular fenestration with
one casement window in each floor of gabled bay, 2 windows on each floor to
right; those on ground floor under cambered heads. C20 plank door in shallow
gabled brick porch to right of centre. Right hand return front: framing
exposed with curved bracing to first floor. Further door to right. C20 wing
to left with 3 windows across first floor and hipped open porch in re-entrant
angle at junction of main house.
