Former barn and stable, now cottage. Late C17/early C18 century with
C19 extension to left. Ironstone rubble with some sandstone blocks to
centre and right and some brick patches, quoins and dressings. Galleted
ironstone rubble with brick dressings to left. Plain tiled roof. Two
storeys with end range to left set back slightly. Triple diagonal stacks
to end right, corbelled ridge stack to left. Four casement windows to
first floor, centre and right, one casement window to ground floor right.
Two windows to ground floor left and right of centre under stilted arched
heads. Board door to right end. C20 half-glazed door in porch to centre.
Workshop to left end, with one three-light and one single light casement
on ground floor, both under cambered heads. Central board doors to both
floors. Included for Group Value only.
