Attractive pair of semi-detached Classical villas circa 1840. Stucco. 2
storey 2 windows each with wide advanced centre with rusticated quoins. Sash
windows, mainly with centre and side glazing bars. Slate roof with eaves
soffit. Ground floor centre windows with moulded architraves and segmental
pediments on consoles. Group value.
