Probably C18. 1 storey and semi basement rendered. The rear elevation is of
coursed flints. Hipped old tiled roof, 2 sashes with glazing bars intact.
Central doorcase. Included for local historical significance as the Old Town Hall.

No 4 (Alma House), Pheonix Corner House, Church Street and the 0ld Town Hall,
South Street, form a group
