Formerly called Pear Tree Cottage or Ricksteddle. C16 timber-framed building
with plaster infilling exposed behind but refronted at east with red brick
on ground floor and tile-hung above, at west end with stucco. Steeply-pitched
hipped tile roof. Casement windows. Two storeys. Three windows.
