east

GV II

Terrace. Early C19. Stuccoed with rusticated ground floor and band over
first floor. Moulded cornice to slate roof with spine stacks between
individual houses in depth of building. Pediments over end houses with large
acroteria. Various dormers. 3 storeys with attics and basements with areas.
Regular 19 window fenestration, glazing bar sashes. Balconies with decorative
cast-iron balustrades over ground-floor, except Nos 2 and 9. Arched entrances
with panelled doors and overlights alternating with ground-floor windows.
Single storey archway, rusticated with segmental arch and parapet, flanks No
l0, connecting it with No 11 to the right. Spearhead railings with vasehead
standards surrounding areas.
