Former dovecote, since partly converted to other outbuilding use. Medieval, possibly C14. Ruins of a possibly square dovecote, faced with flints, with stone quoins and nesting boxes. Later arch in east wall. Presently in form of two bays. Roofless northern bay without west and most of north walls, but retaining nesting boxes in east and south walls. Southern bay currently with lean-to roof, with nesting boxes in east and north walls. See Sussex Archaeological Collections, Vol 116 (1978).
