Early C19. 2 storeys. 3 windows to Southgate front, 5 windows to
Market Avenue front. Cement front. Stringcourse above ground floor,
cornice and pediment to roof. Windows in wide frames. Formerly,
doorway in frame with cornice over it and 6 panel moulded door; ground
floor walls to North and West now cut away and large plate-glass
window inserted, (windows to a showroom).
