Terrace row of 4 cottages now two houses (82 and 85) and two flats. Dated 1812
and built by the Selsey estate.
Flints set in galletting with red brick dressings and quoins, red tiled roof. Two
storeys, six windows, small paned casements withcambered heads in red brick surrounds.
Each cottage is entered in end wall and incorporates a small projecting rear wing.
The flats are entered by the central door with gabled hood. Hipped roof with two
stacks on the mainridge and smaller-ones on the rear wing. A good quality terrace
of agricultural workers' houses for the period. Interiors not inspected. Rear
elevation also very unaltered.

One building with the date stone 1812. Two storeys. Six windows. Faced
with flints set in galletting with red brick dressings and quoins. Tiled
roof. Casement windows. Central doorway with gabled hood. The cottages
have been recently restored and are in good condition.
