Warehouse, now theatre workshop. Part of property of Trinity House, Broad
Chare (q.v.). Possibly early C18, incorporating C17 fragments; altered
C20. Brick of varying bonds; Welsh slate roof. 4 storeys and raised hoist;
4 bays. Segmental-headed arched vehicle entrance at left; inserted door at
right. Bricked-up loading stack. Segmental brick arches to renewed
2-light windows. 3-brick-deep second floor band. Gable over roof hoist.
