Circa 1600 timber-framed cottage with some wattle and daub panels, but mainly
painted brick nogging. North gable partly rebuilt in brick. On sandstone
foundations. Steeply pitched thatched roof with gabled ends. Modern fenest-
ration, mainly two light casement with glazing bars. Two brick ridge chimney
stacks.
