SU 17 SE OGBOURNE ST ANDREW ROCKLEY
7/53 Outbuilding at Rockley Manor
II
Brewhouse, now outbuilding. C18. Brick with tiled roof. Square
on plan, tall brick walls. Boarded door in corner facing house.
Three lancet windows on east side. Roof pyramidal and sprocketed
with terminal wooden cross. Interior has high ceiling on 3 angles,
and stack on north side with pointed arch opening. The building
was converted for use in the C19 as a Roman Catholic chapel.
