Detached house. Early Cl9. Ashlar front, brick sides and rear,
Welsh slate roof with coped verges and brick end stacks. 2-storey,
3-window symmetrical front. Central 6-panelled door in wrought
iron porch, 12-pane sash either side. Plat band to first floor,
three 12-pane sashes, plat band at attic level. Right return has
one sash to attic. Left return is rubblestone with lean-to
extension. Brick outshot to rear with coped verges to roof and
sashes.
