SU 08 SE LYDIARD TREGOZE PURTON ROAD

5/41 The Marsh

House, early C19. Brick, hipped slate roof with 2 flat-roofed
dormers. 2-storey and attics. 3 bays, 2 rooms deep. Central
stair hall with flanking reception rooms, stacks to dividing walls.
Elevation: canted later C19 bay windows, 20 and 12-pane sashes to
first floor. 6-panel central door, upper panels glazed, and round
fanlight. Later Cl9 open timber framed moulded porch.
Interior not seen.
