Farmhouse, mid C17, rubble stone with stone tiled roofs, coped
gables and ashlar end wall stacks. Two and a half storeys, 5-
window range. Recessed chamfered mullion windows. 2 coped dormer
gables with 2-light windows and hoodmoulds, string course over
first floor five 2-light windows and fragments of string course to
ground floor, cut through for 4 early C19 16-pane sashes. Central
door in flush doorcase. At left end moulded C18 flush stone
doorcase. C19 slate roofed lean-to at north end and rear addition
with 3 shallow gables. Original rear has 2 gables with blocked
oval lights.
Interior: central stair with closed scratch-moulded string and flat
balusters. Large chamfered beams with run-off stops.
