Vancelette's Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 core range with early C19 and late C19 additions.
Coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, stone
dressings and gabled stone slate roofs with 3 stone stacks, those
to left paired. L-shaped plan with core range in angle, early C19
range to right and late C19 range at right-angles to left. Two
storeys and attic, 3-window west front. Windows to ground and
first floor right are 2-light chamfered mullions with small pane
casements, remainder are single, 2 and 3-light casements, those to
attic under gables. Central gabled porch with ball and obelisk
finials: part glazed plank door. Late C19 range to left comprising
stables and loose boxes.
