7/118 Nos 1, 2 and 3 Thatched Cottages


Row of 3 attached cottages. C18 with mid C19 one-bay additions to
either end. Cob on limestone footings with brick dressings,
thatched roof, brick stacks. Two-storey, 8-window. Three planked
doors, Nos 1 and 3 each have two 2-light and one 1-light casement,
No 2 has one 2-light and one 1-light casement to ground floor, all
with brick segmental heads. First floor has eight 2-light
casements. Right and left return have planked doors.
Interior of No 1 has chamfered beams with runout stops, winding
stairs and planked doors. Interiors of Nos 2 and 3 not inspected.
