GV II

Detached house. C18, altered early C19. Flemish bond brick on
stone plinth, tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 4-
window front. Central planked door in C19 gabled porch, 3-light
cast-iron latticed casement either side, inserted into segmental-
headed openings. First floor has two 3-light and two 2-light
cast-iron latticed casements, stone raised eaves. Left return has
2-light steel casement. Rear has single storey lean-to extension
with C20 steel casements, three C20 dormers to attic. Formerly an
estate cottage on the Pythouse Estate.
