Cottage. Late C18. Coursed sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Plinth. Quoins. Openings have ashlar
surrounds with straight tooling. Central part-glazed door. Above, small
sundial. 4-pane sash windows. Brick stack at left end, ashlar stack at
right end.
