NZ 1804-1904 AND SEDBURY (east side)

House. Early-mid C18. Rubble, pantile roof with stone slates at eaves. 2
storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Central part-glazed 6-panel door in
chamfered ashlar surround with parallel tooling with timber gabled hood. On
ground floor on either side, C20 paired sash windows with glazing bars with
concrete lintels. On first floor, 16-pane sash windows. Raised verges.
End stacks, that to left external.
