Formerly house, now shop. Dated 1663. Rendered, painted stone dressings, slate
roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 shopfront, door to right with mould jambs and
decorated lintel of C17 type; 6-panel door, upper 2 glazed. Two C18 2-light
windows on upper floor with recessed flat-faced mullions; sashes without glazing
bars. To left of right-hand window is a crude relief carving of a man holding a
dated panel with initials IC. Right-hand ridge stack shared with Sanderson & Co
(qv).
