House, and shop. Late C18 with C20 alterations and rebuilding. Reddish-
pink brick with pantile roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys, 5 first floor
windows. Off-centre entrances a C20 plank and C20 glazed door with
overlights under cambered heads. Glazed 8-pane shop fronts to Co-op,
otherwise 12-pane sashes with ashlar sills, those to ground floor under
cambered heads. Dentil eaves band. End and rear stacks. Included for
group value.
