6/25 Churchyard cross
10m south of
Tower of St.
Hilda's Church

Remains of cross, probably medieval. Hard gritstone. Square base
with inset chamfered shaft of rectangular section cut off at a
height of about 1.2 m. A wheel head, possibly from a different
cross, has had lower rim cut out to rest on top of shaft.
