10/72 Cherry Tree Farmhouse

House. Dated 1717. Coursed squared gritstone rubble, graduated stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Quoins. C20 board door bay 4 in a moulded
quoined surround with ogee doorhead inscribed: "IM 1717". Recessed
chamfered mullion windows throughout: of 2, 2, 5 and 4 lights to ground
floor and 4, 4, 2 and 4 lights above. Bulbous kneeler to left, restored
kneeler to right; gable copings. Large ridge stack opposite door and
another to left gable, both corniced.
