1894 by Armfield and Moscrop of Darlington. Snecked squared tooled stone. Graduated
lakeland slate roofs, stone copings and ridges. Simple two-cell church with south
porch and bellcote at west end, north vestry addition. Early English style. Cusped
lancets. Three-bay nave, four bay chancel.
Diagonal corner buttresses, sloped and stepped bay division buttresses.
