House. 1730 dated on door lintel with BAXTER THOMAS and ELIZABETH. Two builds, the right part probably an early C19 addition. Coursed squared stone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays, slightly irregular. House part has central C20 door and replaced sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor with keyed lintels. At right a full-height round-arched wagon entrance. At left rear a wing to the original house, has similar openings, replacement sashes.
