House, now offices. Early C19 with later alterations. Stucco with stone dressings
and slate roof. Four bays and three storeys, with passage through building to left
side on ground floor. C20 shop front across full width of ground floor with plate
glass windows between banded rusticated ashlar, below dentilled cornice. Above
four 12-pane sashes in moulded architraves, with plain friezes and moulded pediments
over (late C19 additions). Above four similar sashes in moulded architraves. All
windows with projecting sills, those to top floor linked by narrow paired bands.
Wooden eaves board. Brick end stacks part way down front pitch of roof.
