Includes No 12 Church Lane (corner site). Circa 1850 2 storeys, sandstone "brick"
probably built as combined shop and dwelling. Hipped stone slate roof with consoles
to stone gutter. Wood casements with thin glazing bars on first floor, to splayed
corner and to return. Similar casement, large fixed glazing bar window, and double
doors with cornice on console brackets to ground floor; secondary entrance and
splayed corner and casement to return. Important corner site, included for group
