Circa 1850-60 small villa. Two storeys, dressed sandstone "bricks". Slate roof
with console brackets to flat boxed eaves. Corniced chimneys. Three bay symmetrical
front with first floor sill band. Central, ashlar framed, window above doorway with
engaged Doric columns and entablature. Included for group value.
