Shown on OS map as Pont-yr-ynys.
Farmhouse. C17 with late C19 and minor C20 alterations. Sandstone
rubble with part stone and part Welsh slate roof. L-plan with wings
aligned east/west, north/south, entrance in south front, gable-end stacks,
lean-to addition to north gable end. Single storey and attic. South front:
three windows, 2- and 3-light casements, central C20 porch with C20 door.
Interior retains plank-and-muntin panelled partitions with segmental-headed
doorways, stone winder staircase.
