House. C18, reworked and extended C19. Red brick. Clay tile 2-span roof.
Double-pile plan, 2 storeys and attics. W (earlier) elevation: ground floor
has 2 canted bays with sashes with glazing bars, first floor has 3 sashes with
glazing bars, attic has 3 gabled dormers with casements with glazing bars
Central 6 panel door with rectangular fanlight, flanked by narrow pilasters
and surmounted by flat bracketed hood. Brick band at first floor level.
brick coping to gables. Red brick integral stacks to both gable ends. House
stands on moated site, much of which thought to be recent.
