House and shop. Mid C19. Colourwashed brick, with colourwashed render to LH
end. Hipped slate roof. 4-bay facade. 2 storeys. Sash windows with glazing
bars in moulded surrounds. 2nd bay has part-glazed door surmounted by
rectangular fanlight, within simple pilastered surround with moulded cornice.
RH bay retains early shop front, with recessed doorway and moulded cornice.
One brick integral stack to LH end, ridge stack serving 2 RH bays. Included
for group value.
