Mid C18. Now GPO. Red brick. Ashlar plinth, quoins, keystones, rusticated surround
to central lst floor window; modillion eaves cornice, panels to parapet and balustrade
in central panel. 2 storeys. Parapet. 5 ranges sashes with glazing bars. Doorway
of 1830-40: Greek Doric columns and full entablature, door with fanlight and incised
line ornament to reveals and panels. Interior was gutted when it became a post
office, but a fine iron staircase balustrade is preserved in the Museum.

Nos 7 to 25 (odd) form a group.
