C19 folly cottage. Flint and rubble with a little brick; slate roof with 3
brick chimneys rising on outside walls. Originally consisted only of the
octagonal tower which rises to 2 storeys and has windows in alternate sides.
One-storey surrounding buildings added. North front has open porch of 4 round
brick columns and flat roof. The windows mostly have small paned glazing but
some have Gothick glazing bars.
