Monument. c1910. To Charles Waters. Marble group of a seated
woman with a book/bible in lap embracing a small child on
battered plinth.
Charles Waters (1839-1910) was the founder of the
International Bible Reading Association of 1882 which numbered
over 1 million members at the time of his death.
