Circa 1700, refronted in the late C18 and extensively altered in the late
C19. Red brick with vitrified headers. In 2 sections, of 3 and 4 storeys,
each section with 2 windows, sashes, some with glazing bars. Late C19
shopfront, modern shopfront. Arched doorway with fan-light. Parapet,
tiled roof not visible. Fine interior fittings including bolection moulded
panelling, fireplace surrounds and the original staircase. (RCHM 160).
