Associates. Pre-cast concrete frame and red brick. 5 storeys.
Pair of blocks with a staggered brick link. Fully glazed
student rooms, set back behind concrete frame with paired
verticals and expressed horizontals at floor and roof heights;
narrower concrete balustrades to upper levels. Link with
brick panels and glazing introduced at the junctions.
