House. C17 or early C18 with C20 alterations. Timber-frame
with painted brick infill on high coursed blue lias rubble
plinth; steeply pitched thatch roof with brick stack to rear
of ridge. 2-unit plan plus rear outshut.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic and cellar. 2-window range.
Entrance to rear. Ground floor has 3 small windows with C20
small-paned top-hung casements; a small opening to well in
cellar has thatched hood and gate. 2 raking dormers with
2-light small-paned C20 casements. Square framing with thin
scantlings and tension braces. Rear has C20 outshut.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
