C17 Inn with earlier cross-wing, re-roofed to left hand. Two-storeys, one-storey
and attic. Thatched roofs. Ridge stack to main range and end stack to right hand.
Timber-framed and rough-cast with colour-washed tumbled brick parapet gable and end
stack to cross-wing. Single-storey weather-boarded extension to rear of cross-wing.
Three window range of horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars at first-floor.
Two modern canted bay windows flank door in line with stack. Open porch. Interior:
Has large inglenook hearth with baking oven in cross-wing, stop chamfered ceiling
beams and enclosed staircase.
